It's a famous feature for rock climbers, taken by a number of routes including the classic Dream of White Horses, which starts from near sea level at the bottom right of the view and climbs diagonally to finish at the top left. It's not difficult by climbing standards but it is committing<br>and wonderfully exposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I decided to make this painting having just climbed the route. The weather was perfect and not at all stereo-typically Welsh.
